For our Subsidiary Cefla France, located in Bischwiller, belonging to our Finishing Business Unit, a sector specializing in surface finishing, manufacturer of painting machines and systems, industrial digital printing, decoration and recoating, with "turnkey" projects for the wood, glass, plastic, ceramic, fiber cement, composite materials and metal markets, we are looking for a SALES AREA MANAGER.
Thir role will report to the Regional Sales Manager to ensuring the achievement of turnover and margin targets through the acquisition of market share and new customers by building an integrated distribution network.
Main activities:
- Sets the sales conditions for the target markets in accordance with the BU guidelines as defined by the Sales Department and the target budget;
- Responsible for defining and presenting the Budget and Forecast for the area of responsibility (sales and discounting);
- Responsible for defining sales forecasts for his/her area of responsibility and for developing the sales network through agent/dealers' scouting activities in agreement with the Regional Sales Manager;
- Schedules and coordinates sales and sales network development activities, monitors sales development plans and market feedback on a monthly basis through dedicated reporting and, in accordance to the Regional Sales Manager, checks ongoing initiatives and recommends corrective action where necessary;
- Manages relations with strategic customers and is involved in complex and/or important negotiations;
- Periodically checks the solvency and monitors activities on customers and/or critical situations in according to the the Regional Sales Manager;
- Reports critical situations arising from service issues to the Regional Sales Manager and Service Manager;
- Collaborates with the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager in defining priorities aimed;
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Economics, Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering;
- Availability to travel frequently;
- At least 5 years' experience in the same or similar role;
- English fluent;
- Knowledge in the use of CRM systems;
The knowledge of a second language and Salesforce will be a plus.
